SEA SHIPPING
FCL (Full container Load)
Sea shipments of full containers. Reliable solutions with dedicated containers, provided by the shipping company, leased, or purchased. Container positioning from loading to loading on board; and from the destination port to the unloading point. Preliminary assessment of all shipping risks and contractual or customs issues. Insurance solutions for shipped goods.
LCL (Less than Container Load)
Sea groupage services with collection of goods throughout Italy, consolidation in the Milan area, and shipment to all global destinations.
Reefer Container
Shipments of goods requiring controlled temperatures. Temperature monitoring during the journey, using appropriate equipment, to certify any anomalies at various stages of transport.
Project Cargo Break Bulk (out of gauge)
Out of gauge or project cargo shipments for goods exceeding standard dimensions or weights. Feasibility studies, equipment selection, authorizations, and complete coordination up to delivery.
IMO (Dangerous Goods)
Specialized services for shipping dangerous goods by sea, in full compliance with international IMDG Code regulations. Preventive documentation verification to reduce the risk of non-compliance.
AIR FREIGHT
Standard Shipping
Import/export shipping services to and from all major Italian airports, with management of the entire logistics chain from flight booking to collection and delivery.
IATA DGR (Dangerous Goods)
Air freight shipments of dangerous goods in full compliance with the IATA DGR Regulation, ensuring compliance, safety, and reliability. Management of all operational phases: from classification to verification of packaging, labeling, and all accompanying documentation.
Perishables
Dedicated solutions for shipping perishable goods (food, pharmaceuticals, biologicals, etc.) with complete cold chain management. Speed, continuous monitoring, and compliance with the necessary regulations ensure quality and integrity until delivery.
WAREHOUSING
Warehousing
Warehousing for import/export goods and supply chain management. Product introduction into secure and organized warehouses (managed by reliable and selected partners), with flexible solutions for short- or long-term storage, consolidation, and inventory management (repacking).
Bonded Warehouse
Introduction of goods from third-party countries into a customs warehouse. Management of customs procedures and storage in an authorized area. Bonded warehouses are a key logistics tool because they allow for the postponement of customs clearance (and consequently the payment of customs duties), taking into account the importer’s commercial needs and optimizing supply chain time and costs.
VAT Warehouse
Introduction of goods into warehouses authorized as VAT warehouses (pursuant to Article 50bis of Legislative Decree 331/93), with the option for operators to defer VAT payment until the goods are unloaded. Furthermore, the tax is paid through the reverse charge system without any actual payment.
Domestic, EU, and third-country goods already released for free circulation are permitted, with the payment of duties only.
The VAT deposit is a particularly useful tool for regulating logistics flows and improving the cash flow of companies operating abroad.
Collections and Containerization
Collection of goods from the client company’s or supplier’s premises and subsequent consolidation in standard containers, open top containers, or flat racks for OOG (out-of-gauge) goods. A quality lashing certificate is issued for all lashing operations.
CUSTOMS CLEARANCE
Import / Export
Import and export customs clearance at the UADM in Alessandria and its branch offices (Asti, Rivalta Scrivia), and at the UADM terminals in Genoa; at all other Italian offices through a dense network of correspondents.
Feasibility Studies
Customized projects for specific customs transactions, with the use of economic and suspension regimes.
Customs Authorizations
Request for customs authorizations through the Custom Decisions portal.
OTHER SERVICES
Intrastat Declarations
Preparation and submission of Intrastat forms for intra-EU sales and purchases of goods and services.
Chamber of Commerce Procedures
Management of procedures at the Alessandria Chamber of Commerce: certificates of origin, ATA Carnet applications for participation in exhibitions and trade fairs.
Electricity Consumption Declarations
Preparation and submission of “Electricity Consumption Declarations” for owners of electricity generating facilities.
